Dike Drummond is the Chief Operations Officer at Superteams.com responsible for Marketing - including BlogMaster activities, Web Design and Maintenance, Contracting and Client Relations. He coordinates the back office and Strategic Planning functions for Superteams.com and provides full spectrum Coaching Support to Clients in all phases of Management and Business Development.
Dike has a wide array of personal leadership experiences.
- He was captain of 6 different rugby teams from college at Indiana University to his retirement from the game in his mid thirties.
- He has lead Emergency Room teams saving the lives of numerous patients involved in life threatening Medical and Trauma induced emergencies as well as delivering over 500 babies in his Family Practice career.
- He was the CEO of a 40 doctor multispecialty group with over 120 employees.
- He is an experienced Executive Coach with clients spanning upper management in a number of industries.
- He has started and successfully managed/lead three businesses in the last 10 years, including the Wellspring Network and Investortours University
Dr. Drummond received his MD from Mayo Medical School in Rochester, MN and has 15 years private Practice experience as a full spectrum Family Practice Physician. He is now a “recovering Family Practice doctor” and a serial entrepreneur.
